Suzanne Borgioli
Suzanne BorgioliFounder
Redantium, totam rem aperiam, eaque ipsa qu ab illo inventore veritatis et quasi architectos beatae vitae dicta sunt explicabo. Nemo enim.

Mama, lover of all things natural, and continuously inspired by movement of every kind, Suzanne offers Giving Tree Yoga & Wellness as a direct extension of her heart. As memory serves her well, Suzanne has been intrigued by the poetry and magic of life since the beginning.  As she searched for deeper meaning thru every experience that presented itself, it became more clear to her that the PRACTICE of yoga would serve her curiosity and undying spirit.

Suzanne began work in service when she was 16 years old.  A career in Hospitality was born of sheer love for food, beverage, and helping people to enjoy life.   While working in St. Thomas, USVI and then traveling to and from South America and Europe during the mid & late 90’s, Suzanne fell deeply in love with these soulful communities and people of these countries where she learned, shared and lived.  Her teachings are deeply influenced & inspired by this time in her life.

Suzanne moved to NYC where she lived & worked until 2007. There she was blessed to study yoga with her beloved teacher and has been moving thru a spirit based, organic & artful journey ever since that time.

Now here to share that knowledge with her students, Suzanne approaches teaching in a gentle and compassionate way.  By offering guidance and gentle reminders that the student is in his/her own power to create their own experience. A fusion of vinyasa flow, alignment based vinyasa, energy & movement exploration and meditation, the student is invited to come home to themselves.

Suzanne has been practicing yoga for well over 20 years and has been actively teaching since 2010. She holds an E-RYT at the 300 hour level. Always a student, she continues her studies daily and prepares for classical study of meditation this spring/2017.

He holds certifications consisting of Yoga Therapy, Personal Training, and VortexHealing(R) Energetic Therapy.
In gratitude… I hope to see you at the studio.
Param Sevak Kaur
Param Sevak KaurInstructor
Param Sevak spent over 10 years on her spiritual and yogic journey searching for a way to serve the community and world around. She began her journey of service receiving her Master’s of Music degree and began sharing her love of music with those around her.
Years went by and she continued to work on ways to share the healing benefits of music with other, but found she needed to continue to find healing within herself. She therefore, began delving into numerous styles of yoga and meditation to bring relief to her beautiful, but often, stressful world.
It was a blessed encounter one day, where she was introduced to first Kundalini Yoga and then later Reiki therapy; through these teachings, she has found a sense of balance and peace. Param Sevak Kaur finds great joy working with others, sharing her passions, these technologies and supporting others on their journey.
Param Sevak Kaur is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, a Level 3 Radiant Child Instructor as well as a certified Reiki Master Healer. She also has over 6 years working with children and loves sharing the joys of yoga with children of all ages!
Julia King
Julia KingE-RYT (Yoga) | Reiki Master | Thai Yoga Massage
Julia’s practice began in 2002 and has been teaching yoga since 2005. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, but deviated from this path due injuries she picked up during her years in college playing Rugby. Gym workouts furthered her imbalances to injuries and were far too mundane. She discovered amazing weight management and strengthening through Vinyasa yoga and has furthered her studies since then to discover incredible flow and lightness, and depth that is truly all around us and especially within.
Since 2002 she has practiced various styles ranging from Restorative yoga to Ashtanga to Vinyasa to Power, but she has found her passion to be in her eclectic style with the desire to bring the student into his or her own body. When this awareness is activated, many wonderful things can and do happen. She has realized the calm and peace yoga brings after a continued practice and wants to share this magic with as many as she can. Each class is based on the energy of the moment, and Julia enjoys bringing fun and lightness to her challenging class. Sometimes music is included only to enhance a particular class, but always there is emphasis on the breath. Although her class may be challenging, the intention behind them is to encourage the students to honor their body by resting when they need, and adversely pushing when they feel they should. She always teaches to the beginner…. as we are always just beginning.
Julia’s Yoga education includes her 200H training and Study with Taylor and Phillipe Wells among others in the beginning, and many fabulous and amazing in between because she is (first and foremost) always a student. Just in the last few years however, She has also come to learn and appreciate Thai massage and it’s dance of energy and lazy-mans-yoga that it is. She completed her 500H certification with Daniel Orlansky (and company!) in the spring of 2014 alongside the blessing of many wonderful teachers from Jennifer Yarro, Jennifer Reis, to Doug Keller and many more. As a Reiki Master and teacher, she brings energy work into the classroom (perhaps from a distance if not on contact). including Metta (loving kindness energywork) throughout her classes and her life. Her most recent teacher and studies have been in the deep core line with Sadie Nardini, and has noticed a significant physical height growth since doing this work (in addition to what yoga has already brought). Julia… is still short. Also, one of her latest teacher/masters is Henry, her babe born October of 2014.
Bre Saunders
Bre SaundersInstructor
My yoga journey began when I was 19 years old. Over the next 15 years it would change my life in many unexpected ways. Through my yoga practice I was able to find inner peace and awareness of my physical self and spiritual self. Yoga became my outlet when I was feeling under the weather emotionally or mentally. I’d step into a class feeling sub-par, but by the end I was a new woman with a new outlook on life. Physically, I can’t speak out enough about the benefits of welcoming yoga into your world. My body will remind me when it’s been too long in between classes. I do sit at a desk 40 hours per week and waitress on the weekends. We all need to be put back “together”. Yoga has always allowed me to gracefully put myself back “together”.

About 5 years ago, I made the choice to take the next step as a yogi. I got my 200 hour yoga teacher certification with A Yoga Practice. Becoming a yoga teacher has been an amazing journey, one I am glad to be on. I have been trained in the Hatha style yoga; breathe to movement, the sun and the moon. My classes are a vinyasa flow; connecting one pose to the next while linking breathe with it.

Moving our physical self with attention to our breathe, it’s a beautiful awareness I hope to share with the world.

Em Perkins
Em PerkinsInstructor
Along with a daily Buddhist practice of forty years, Emily has been a serious yoga student for over a decade. Her unfolding study of many yoga styles brought her back to the discovery of simple movement and breath to unlock peace and comfort in body, mind and heart. Constantly amazed by the layers of discovery her yoga practice offered, Emily was attracted to the ancient yogic wisdom employed in Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT). In 2014 she was certified at the 200 hour level and currently enrolled in a 300 hour (ITY) program. Beyond the confines of our own skin, IYT sees health as an integration and balance of our multi dimensional self. Emily has additional certification in Five Element Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, Anatomy Trains for Movement Therapist and a Reiki practioner. Feeling the natural world as great sanctuary, Emily and her husband are organic gardeners, Sacred Circle Dancers and regular forest bathers (Shinrin-yoku)! Schooling includes a BA in Cultural Anthropology and graduation from the Art Institute of Boston in Fine Arts painting and Sculpture. She has worked in public and private arenas and opened her current wholesale business in the fashion industry fifteen years ago. Emily absorbed the profound link between body movement and equanimity as a survival skill in our fast moving world. Her desire is to lend a hand to fellow travelers on the path of self discovery and create a welcoming place for all sizes, ages and types of people in her yoga classes.
In oneself lays the whole world and if you know how to look and learn, then the door is there and the key is in your hand. Nobody on earth can give you either the key or the door to open, except yourself.
Kristen LaMarre
Kristen LaMarreInstructor
Kristen began practicing yoga regularly while working as a high school science teacher. As her practice grew deeper she found herself wanting to share the experience she was having with others. Kristen has always considered herself a teacher, what she has taught has changed throughout the years but when she found yoga it was like coming home. It all made sense and she knew she wanted to share this practice with others. Deciding to leave her teaching job she set off to Pavones Yoga Center in Pavones, Costa Rica; it was here she completed her multidimensional teacher training under Indira Kate Kalmbach. Kristen then returned to Massachusetts and began teaching yoga.
Kristen’s classes are lighthearted and fun while allowing for deep realizations and opening in the body. She connects with each of her students on a personal level and never wants anyone to feel as though yoga is not for them. Yoga is for everybody and this is something Kristen really wants to allow for in her classes. Kristen teaches a variety of classes, from yin yoga to vinyasa flow. She hopes to see you on the mat soon!
Yoga is not about touching your toes, it is about what you learn on the way down.
Khara Barnette
Khara BarnetteCertified Shakti Flow Guide | Reiki Master
It’s been said that the 5 people you spend the most time with you become like. Kindness, Patience and Sweetness rules the Yoga world. I wanted MORE of this in my life. 8 years ago I knew this Yoga thing was becoming the central piece of who I am. Yoga, the practice, the people, the vibes all help create a better version of myself.

The goal I have for every single person that comes into my class is to make sure they feel welcomed, empowered and acknowledged. My hope is that everyone leaves feeling better than when they entered. This isn’t done by acheiving fancy instagram worthy poses, and it’s never a competition! Offering a simple set of poses that are accessible to most bodies, combined with hands on adjustments (think mini massages)if welcomed and Reiki energy work (again, if not hands on from a distance). We will begin and end every class with Meditation. I want you to feel the GLOW that yoga offers!

Off the mat, you can find me with my little Family running to soccer games, chorus concerts and taking walks with our puppy. I’d love to connect with you- friend me on Facebook & visit my website: http://www.wowYOUglow.com

Niki Mulloy
Niki MulloyInstructor
Niki has been practicing yoga since the 90’s when Oprah Winfrey had Rodney Yee & Patricia Walden on her show and talked about their video, AM & PM Yoga for Beginners. She would begin her yoga practice in her home during her early teenage years. Here she found how to ground herself, find peace in chaos, and have understanding for others. These qualities helped her to forgive and envision her future beyond her current moments.

In 2012 she began exploring aromatherapy and became a distributor for Young Living Essential Oils and Wellness Products. Learning how these therapeutic grade oils could enhance the wellness of herself and her family she knew she wanted to share this knowledge with others. In 2013 she enrolled in Reiki training and completed both level I and level II training. Reiki in conjunction with aromatherapy are complimentary therapeutic techniques that Niki continues to advance her knowledge in. In 2014 she choose to further devote her yoga practice and enroll in a 200 hour teacher training program. In this program she found herself placed on a spiritual path that she knew would be her lifelong journey. Relationships with other yogi’s were formed and this was the community that Niki knew she wanted to be a part of always.

In Niki’s classes, the student will experience healing touch, pranayama, asana, mindfulness, and essential oils that will enhance their practice and provide the safe healing space that will allow for complete presence on the mat and a nurturing practice for the body, mind, and soul.Niki has been practicing yoga since the 90’s when Oprah Winfrey had Rodney Yee & Patricia Walden on her show and talked about their video, AM & PM Yoga for Beginners. Donna Bonnin
Donna BonninInstructor
Donna began her spiritual practice over 40 yrs. ago while studying Siddha Yoga. There she learned the value of seva, meditation and a strong spiritual practice. These things were slowly woven through the fabric of her life until there was an inner knowing that the same spark of divinity resides within each of us. She facilitated satsangs and played the Mridangam and Tanpura during chants. Her love of chanting brought her to retreats where she also learned the Tabla and Anusara Yoga. As a Personal Trainer specializing in Cancer Survivors and Post Injury, she gained a deep appreciation of the miracle of the human body and how to compassionately help others to heal themselves. To gain an even deeper knowledge of healing she became a Reiki Master. She then devoted 2 yrs. of study to become an Interfaith Minister, volunteering for hospice (now with her therapy dog Layla). In 2010 she began her 200 hr. Focused Flow Teacher Training with Michele Laura. She fell in love with the philosophy and flow of yoga as a way to guide others to connect heart, mind and body. Now Donna finds joy guiding the yoga community toward an intuitive awareness of body and spirit through a self-loving yoga practice. Donna loves to teach basic yoga, playfully nudging all of us to listen to what our body and hearts are telling us. Her hope is that everyone returns home with a practice that they turn to in their daily lives. A practice where they can make their home in the breath, allowing that breath to move their bodies with grace, surrender and gratitude.
Rebecca Lambert
Rebecca LambertInstructor
Rebecca became fascinated with yoga while pregnant with her first son 12 years ago in a prenatal class. She immediately fell in love with the ability to connect with mind, body, and spirit. It was the first time she had really given herself permission to just be and feel. Rebecca made it a priority to continue her practice after his birth. Yoga quickly became an integral part of her life. She began her teacher training with Pathways, Hampstead NH in 2009 and completed her 200 hour certification. Rebecca teaches with her students needs in her heart, creating a wide variety of options to assist the individual. It is her intention to give each student a space to develop their awareness and heal while moving their body and using their breath. As a reiki master she loves hands on assists as well and often feels inspired to deepen the practice with the intelligent and intuitive assist of touch. Rebecca is also a lifestyle coach, using techniques with clients to bring yoga practices off the mat and into everyday living.
Shannon Fitzgerald
Shannon FitzgeraldInstructor
Shannon began her yoga journey 11 years ago as a means to balance her lifestyle. As a caretaker in hospice, a deep realization for the necessity of self care became her search at a young age. She is passionate about sharing a holistic approach to the practice, having been deeply nurtured, inspired and healed through yoga’s many paths. Yoga simply was the ground support she needed to overcome obstacles and become the very best version of herself.

Over the past several years Shannon has attended Omega Institute for trainings in ashtanga, pranayama, yin yoga, youth yoga, Reiki certification, and is the former owner of Awake Yoga Studio in Wakefield. She is also a certified EMT and on list for the Massachusetts Fire Department.

In the classroom Shannon is a mirror of love and support as she guides her students through challenges and growth in their own practice. She provides a safe and comfortable environment where body, mind and soul are the main priority.

Her goal is that the benefits received from a yoga class will create a more empowered and centered lifestyle that can be enjoyed both on and off the mat.
